I don’t have a lot of time to post today, but wanted to do my weekly check-in. I have been mostly within my MyFitnessPal goals this past week, hit the gym at least once, circuit workouts at home when I can, and ran 2.1 miles on Sunday. The end result?

Whatever. I’m not going to stress it. I’ve been within goals but have been skipping breakfast a lot lately, because I get up and get the kids ready, do daycare drop-off, then home and my phone is already ringing from the boss so I end up not eating until lunchtime. Bad, bad, bad. But Sunday I’m making egg cupcakes for next week, and will post about those, so hopefully having a healthy and quick breakfast on hand will change my pattern.
Oh and for those who are following me along each day, I took that first dose of Zoloft last night and felt FINE. Phew. I’m hoping that this one really works for me, as it feels nice to have hopes of feeling more balanced without the nausea and heartburn the Lexapro caused.
With that, I must run and shovel my driveway — at least it’s my workout for today!

yay thanks. I have to be more focused… which hopefully little mr. zoloft pill will help with in a week’s time too. too much “squirrel!” going on with me lately
