Progress on Many Fronts – Well-Being Wednesday #wbw

Short and sweet one this week people – 

Weigh-in 2/6/13

Today’s Weight: 163.8

Change from 1/30/13 (166.2):  -2.4

Change from 2013 re-start (166.2):  -2.4

YAY!

That’s about it this week. The house hunt continues, the new dose of Zoloft is settling in. I feel waves of nausea sometimes but I can usually work past them without too much issue. When this happened on the half dose it seemed better by about day 4/5, and today is day 3, so I’m hopeful that I’ll feel fine by Friday or so. It is challenging to eat healthy with a nauseous belly that only wants very simple carbs, but I’m doing my best. I worked out today despite the icky stomach, so that was good.

I’m also participating in the Plank-A-Day challenge my friend Tera started over at GirlGoneHealthy. I fell off the bandwagon after it first started so I re-started the challenge for myself each day of February. I find military planks easier on me because forearm planks are really hard on my lower back muscles, which are very, very weak. It’s a fun challenge, come join us!
