Just thought I would share a few pictures on this freezing cold Thursday of the two beautiful squids I’m thankful to call my own. And all of the weird ways that they sleep.
Boy, in our bed after a 4am nightmare:
Girl’s antics last weekend — emptying out every one of her toys, sleeping with shoes on and with an egg carton, and then waking up and putting herself on the floor to sleep on her boppy pillow:

Who needs a couch or bed for naptime, when I can curl up in my anywhere chair:
And an oldie but goodie that I will never forget. This one was taken a few weeks after we converted his bed to a toddler bed from his crib, when he finally realized he could get up and play a bit at bedtime/naptime. This was his chosen nap spot and attire:

Remember a time when you could sleep anywhere, in any position, and still be able to move in the morning? I didn’t appreciate it as much as I should have!

This was awesome!!!!! The funniest places my kids have ever fallen asleep is literally in the middle of a meal (particularly lunch). My son has come really a close a few times to taking a total face plant in his pizza or PB&J
